A gunman has opened fire inside the Center for Wellness and Pain Care in Las Vegas, injuring at least three people before killing himself, local authorities say. Only few details were immediately available.

The incident happened at about 3:45 p.m. PT on Thursday when officers were called reports of shots being fired at the medical clinic. Upon arrival, they found the suspected shooter as well as multiple victims inside the facility.

“Initial reports indicated that a male had fired a gun inside of the business and then turned the gun on himself,” police spokesman Larry Hadfield said. “The suspect is deceased at the scene and officers are clearing the business and attempting to locate any additional victims.”

Las Vegas Fire & Rescue confirmed that three victims were taken to a local hospital, where there was no immediate word on their conditions. There was also no word on the identity of the shooter, a possible motive, or whether the suspect knew the victims.

According to the company’s website, the center provides a range of services, including pain treatment, massage therapy, acupuncture, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dietary counseling.
