Windows 10 users (in the US, at least) are in for a free gift from Microsoft for the holidays. The free gift is a selection of free music that users can download from the Windows Store. Unfortunately though, the choices are pretty limited but do include some of the best artists and music from 2015.

Also, just about all the free tracks are from Universal Music Group, but fans of the likes of Ellie Goulding, Big Sean, and Selena Gomez won’t find much cause to complain.

In a recent blog post on the Windows Blog, Christina Calio, part of the Groove team, wrote “I’m happy to let you know that we’re making 10 of the top albums from 2015 available in the Windows Store, for free for our Windows 10 fans as a gift from us for the holidays, and to say thank you for the support”.

As part of the free music giveaway, the full list of artists include: Alabama Shakes, Big Sean, Alessia Cara, Ellie Goulding, Logic, James Bay, Breaking Benjamin, Selena Gomez, Jeezy, and Tame Impala. Each album can be downloaded through the Windows Store, though they do have to be downloaded individually.

As of the time of writing, Microsoft has not yet extended the offer to any other countries.
